The 551-foot, 29-story tall almost "windowless" tower--an extreme example of the Brutalist architectural style--was designed to provide security and protection of the expensive equipment houses inside. Another bi-product of the technical nature of its occupant, each floor is built 18 feet high, nearly double the normal office building.
